Every morning I get up and grab that almighty cup o' java that will help perk me up. One tsp of sugar, peppermint mocha creamer and a tad of milk get me rockin. I plop down and check the weather and my email. Lame, oh sure, suck it. It's my morning, don't judge me. :p
I do all my email junk and open up my PCH folder. Yep Publisher's Clearing House. It's still out there and though the prizes are small in today's market, they're more than I've got. I pass the time on their lotto which has a LOT of glitches. LOT. OF. GLITCHES. After I tell it to Quick Pick and submit I have to immediately jump over to another tab in my browser. If I do not they have some weird error messages that pop up 18-20 times. Yeah, really, that many. I click the big red X, then their stupid ad comes on and reloads the page. sigh. So now I bypass that with changing tabs. I'm not sure how it helps. Logically it shouldn't. It does.
When it's ad time, I refresh. It says "Do you want to leave this page or stay?" um yeah leave. It just allows you to skip the ad which is usually 30 seconds of wasted time. After about the 8 or so lotto chances they give you it moves you on to bonus stuffs. The fun part. You get slots. Their music also glitches and there's no way to shut it off. Ever. If there is a pop up box telling you that you got a bonus or extra "diamonds" telling you that you have a shot at more sweepstakes stuff NEVER click the OK button. You have no idea how long it took me to figure this out. Only click the X button. The OK button kills whatever javascript it is on that page that says clickable. You can no longer spin if you click ok and have no choice but to refresh. After each there is, you guessed it, an ad. Refresh. Not because you hate ads but because the music will play over the next lotto music until you're ready to puke in your wonderful java and NO ONE wants that.
The last one is their spin the wheel. Again only click X in the pop up or you can't spin. Each diamond is a spin and could net you money or entries. After that you "scratch" off extra diamonds for the next day and move on to games. Play 3 (no issues *gasp* I know) with bonus stuff in between and NO ads. Then you go to their regular Games page and play whatever (if you log in) and playing gets you tokens to put on things like $500 Walmart card or $50 at Best Buy. It takes up less than 30 minutes a morning and it's kinda fun if you know the quirks. Meh. I think I'll have another cup o java and play games now. :D
mmmm....coffee :)
